Buying and receiving

What exactly am I buying?: An editable Canva template — a digital product. You receive a link by email that creates your own copy of the design in your Canva account. No physical item is shipped.
How do I receive my purchase?: Automatically, by email, to the address on your payment — usually within a minute of paying. There is nothing to send us and nothing to wait for: the payment already tells us which suite you bought.
What if I pay and the email does not arrive?: Check your spam folder first, then email hello@econotesbyyvonne.com with the payment reference from your PayPal receipt. Every payment is recorded on our side, so we can find yours and resend it.

Do I need a paid Canva Pro account?: No. The templates are designed with free Canva elements, and a standard free account is enough to open, edit and download your design. Where a design uses a premium element, you can replace it with a free one.
What can I customise?: Names, dates, times, venue, RSVP details, dress code and event wording — plus font style, size and colour, background colours, and many decorative elements. You can also add your own photos, duplicate pages, and resize or delete elements.
Can I edit on my phone?: Yes, using the free Canva app. For finer layout control we recommend a laptop or desktop — small text adjustments are fiddly on a phone screen.
Will my edits affect the original template?: No. Opening your link creates a separate copy in your own account. When Canva offers it, choose Use template for new design rather than requesting access to edit the original file.

How do I print my finished design?: In Canva, choose Share → Download → PDF Print, and tick crop marks and bleed if your printer asks for them. You can print at home, at a local print shop, or through an online service.
Why do the colours look different when printed?: Screens emit light while printers use ink, and paper stock and printer settings shift the result further. Some variation is normal. A test print before a bulk run is the reliable way to check, and a professional print service will get closer to what you see on screen than a home printer will.
Can you print them for me?: Yes, for customers in the Philippines, as a separate order — see printing services. Printing is not included in the template price.

Can I share the template link with a friend?: No. Your purchase covers a personal-use licence for one event, and the template link is for you alone. The full terms are on the licence page.
Do you accept refunds?: Not once your template link has been sent, which happens immediately on payment — a digital file cannot be returned. But if anything is wrong with your file or link, tell us and we will fix it.
