Licence & Terms of Use
Last updated 30 August 2026. These terms apply to every digital template bought from Econotes by Yvonne.
What you are buying
You are buying access to an editable Canva template — a digital product. No physical item is printed, packed or shipped. What you receive is a link that creates your own private copy of the design inside your Canva account.
A free Canva account is enough to open, edit and download your template. Canva Pro is not required. Some designs include premium Canva elements or fonts; where they do, you can swap them for free alternatives without changing the layout.
How it is delivered
- You pay by card or PayPal on the template’s page.
- Your Canva template link is emailed to you automatically, to the address on your payment.
This usually arrives within a minute of paying, and often before PayPal’s own receipt. If it has not appeared, check your spam folder first — then email hello@econotesbyyvonne.com with the payment reference from your PayPal receipt. Every payment is recorded on our side, so nothing is lost and we can resend it.
Your licence
Your purchase includes a personal-use licence for one event. You may:
- Edit the template for your own event
- Download the finished design
- Print the finished design, at home or through any print provider
- Share the finished design digitally with your guests
You may not:
- Resell the Canva template
- Share the Canva template link with anyone else
- Claim the design as your own original template
- Use the template to create products for resale
- Redistribute, copy or upload the template to another marketplace
- Sell the edited design as a digital or printed product
All template designs remain the intellectual property of Econotes by Yvonne.
Refunds
Because the templates are digital and access is granted immediately on delivery, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once your template link has been sent.
That is not the end of the conversation. If a file will not open, a link does not work, or something is wrong with the design, tell us and we will fix it. The policy exists because a digital file cannot be returned once received — not to avoid making things right.
Colour and printing
Colours may look different in print from how they appear on screen. Screens emit light and printers use ink, and paper stock, printer settings and ink quality all affect the result. A test print before printing in bulk is worth the small cost.
For the closest match to what you designed, use a professional print service rather than a home printer. If you are in the Philippines, we offer printing services as a separate order.
What is not included
Your purchase covers access to the editable template only. Custom editing on your behalf, printing, and physical delivery are separate services and are not part of the template price.
